$1300 per month utilities and internet included. Room has its own bathroom. Approximately 150 square feet. Located in Downtown Long Beach along 4th street and Cedar. Laundry facility inside building. Outdoor parking available for additional charge.

Room is not furnished. It will be cleaned, painted, and ready for move in on April 1.

This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom shared with a married asian couple thats just looking for someone dependable to live with. Preferably looking for someone single, non-smoker, no pets, quiet, willing to do a background check, and willing to sign a contract of at least one year. Not set in stone but it all depends on what can be agreed upon. Deposit is required upon agreement.

Mid-Thirties married asian couple. No kids. Both work and one is a student. Spend most of the time at home. Doesn’t party and rarely have guests unless its family. Would ideally like someone that has the same ideals in terms of keeping up a household.
