This is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment! It has it’s own backyard and it’s in a private part of the neighborhood! It’s already furnished! Rent would be $752 including wifi. Utilities aren’t included, which is $75. I pay for the power however (which averages $75), so its a fair trade. It’s got it’s own driveway, beautiful interior, and plants (fake and trying to get real plants).
It’ll just be me! I’m very quiet, I stick to my room but sometimes I like chilling in the living room to watch some reality tv. I reserve my makeup for in my room so I don’t take up the bathroom for an hour lol. I’m also very clean and tidy, and would respectfully ask the same. I loooove music so you might here me listening to some Tyler the Creator in the morning haha. Other than that, I’m a very chill gal and would love someone that’s open to communicating, not a big drinker, clean, and doesn’t come behind on rent!
