the home: -MOVE IN DATE: 3/15/24 -RENT: $1500 plus utilities (~100$ or less per person per month) -home is 4 bed 4 bath- your room is on the second floor with the kitchen and living room. your bathroom is not attached to your room however it is yours and includes a shower/tub (our previous roommates have been fine with us using the bathroom since it’s attached to the main floor -free street parking- we have a garage but it is already filled as we only have 2 spots. if you have a car please note you will not have garage access. -3 level home with central AC and heat -dishwasher, fridge, gas stove -electronic pin pad lock on bedroom door -security gate and cameras around whole premises -balcony attached to living room -6 month lease (march 2024-september 2024). you will sign a binding lease for 6 months. you will legally be required to pay your share each month until lease ends in september 2024 regardless if you live here or not at any point. -the apartment is furnished however your bedroom will be unfurnished- room comes with 6 door closet with shelves and an additional supply closet outside of the room -hollywood sign can be seen a few streets over, hollywood blvd is a 4 min walk away. location is really the best part of this townhouse, central to everything!

about us: -3 women age 26/27 -freelancers, none of us work 9-5s and have varying work schedules. someone with a 9-5 schedule may not be the best fit. -One of the roommates is a makeup artist, and the other 2 work in marketing -2 of us cook daily, 1 prefers to order out -2 are from california and host their friends over often for a movie night or pre-game. new roomie must be ok with having guests at the house -420 friendly, alcohol friendly -we like to do things as a house like go out, do holiday events, or cook together -we spend A LOT of time in the living room and kitchen since that is the common space to hangout -a couple of us are night owls and usually go to bed after midnight -we all like to go on walks daily and are trying to crack down on our fitness!

looking for… -woman aged 24-28 -no pets -fun and respectful woman who is open to be friends with their roommates. we go out and hangout together often, but also do our own thing as well -ideally, a night owl and someone who likes to go out (we go out a couple times a week including on weekdays) and host hangouts with friends here -someone who contributes to the home- picking up after themselves, completing house chores, not leaving their stuff lying around the house -able to pay rent and utilities on time monthly -someone who knows how to live with others and can communicate any problems or issues that may arise with everyone in the house
