DESCRIPTION/LOCATION:

• We’re offering a furnished living space in the basement of our 2,500 sq.ft. ranch-style home, complete with a bedroom, spacious living room, private bathroom, and kitchenette.
• Conveniently located near 6th & Wadsworth, just blocks from Belmar shopping center and 15 minutes from Red Rocks.

YOUR SPACE:

• Furnished bedroom in the basement, ready for you to make it your own. Includes bed, nightstand, and desk.
• Spacious, furnished living room area for relaxation or work.
• Kitchenette with microwave, sink, dishes, and utensils. OTHER BASEMENT DETAILS:
• Guest bedroom; reserved for occasional guests (your or ours), or storage. 
• Our home office, which we use regularly, is also located in the basement.

SHARED SPACES:

• Access (depending on schedule) to our well-equipped gym in the detached garage.
• Don’t feel like you have to stay downstairs. Feel free to join us in the upstairs living, dining, and sunroom areas or on the front or back patios.
• You’re welcome to use the full kitchen upstairs but we will ask that you use your own pans if cooking meat.

• We’re a married couple in our mid-30s, embracing a mix of home-based and outdoor activities. Our interests range from snowboarding and camping to watching football and RuPaul’s Drag Race. We love to cook (mostly vegetarian) and host occasional dinner parties and game nights.
• Professionally, Marci is a fitness coach who sees clients in our home gym, and Mikayla works in nonprofit development, both from home. Our shared hobby is gardening, especially in the spring and summer.
• We’re all about creating a comfortable living space. While we respect your space and privacy, we’re also open to socializing and engaging in communal activities if you’re up for it. Whether you’re a social butterfly or prefer your own company, we’re adaptable to your vibe.
