Freeway access, private bedroom, walking distance to grocery store, the Emeryville public market, and Bay Street. Has a dishwasher, fridge, and decent counter space.

I’m currently living in a one bedroom but want to move into a two bedroom with a roommate. I’m quiet and fairly neat (I’ll keep any mess to my own room). I’m a musician (but I only play in my room and at a reasonable hour). No pets. No kids. Nonsmoker. I’m a writer and artist and looking to make friends.
