This is a large single family home for room rental (individuals only) with all necessary utilities, high speed internet with app access, fully furnished bed, linens, bed protector, personal room TV, access to shared refrigerator/kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in garage with possible small garage storage. I am fine tooth combing though anything so everything is close to perfect! We are performing back ground checks 65$ fee non redundable, and deposits for reserving room for later this week move in 600$ Leases are paid monthly ahead. If you pay a week ahead of due date it will be reduced by 50$! You can stay indefinitely/ unless otherwise discussed or issues arise in home. If rent is not paid on time, you are subject to terminating the lease/ late fees after 3 days if not, you must leave at the end of your paid month. Please give a week notice and as long as there are no issues with the room you will receive full deposit. :) Rooms have new Linens, television, towels, dishes, All new for you. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom (between 2 tenants and potential guests which is highly restricted to one a day for 2 overnights month )very quiet and private location. I have tons of things if you need anything. I have a firepit and outdoor resting area with outdoor furniture and table. Dropping rocks /mulch this weekend hopefully for a grand backyard!

Please no animals and only 1 overnight guest/No longer than 2 days a month for guests total. They must also pass back ground. Room is for individuals and we want to reduce foot traffic.

Master bedroom with personal bath will be available as well for 1125. Once again, reduction in rent if paid a week early to 1075. Individuals, only again due to not wanting heavy foot traffic.

Request quiet guests with clean backgrounds. Can discuss.

Large vehicles will need discussion on configuration of vehicles.

We are a drug free/weapon free home. Alcohol is permitted within reason.

In this market includings all these amenities water ,sewer, electric, fastest internet speeds available, and some apps to watch television, fully furished; This listing is far from a high listing. As all you need to provide yourself is food, toiletries, and clothing.

I do a majority cleaning around the house. Not in the rooms. Personal space maintainence is a necessity including bathrooms.. Please be kind and respectful. Discounts given to fire, police, emt and nurses. Let me know your prefession. Ty

We are minutes from Palm Coast Parkway and 95 as well as the local groceries. Etc..
