Zach's room

Two unfurnished rooms in a three bedroom owner-occupied house available for immediate move in. The house is located in a new, primarily military (very safe) community. Located near Shaw AFB in a quiet neighborhood. Shared bathroom with one other roommate. All bills paid (including internet). Will provide assistance for basic furnishings if required.

Currently, there are no other roommates here. I’m quiet and keep to myself; I live in the master bedroom downstairs, and the rooms/bathroom for rent is upstairs. Easy to get along with, just looking for someone clean and respectful.
