One bedroom available for rent with private bathroom in my 2 bedroom condo I own the property, I am a working professional, seeking a preferred female roommate that is also a working professional.

Room is already furnished with a queen size bed, nightstands, tv and closet. Short commute (10 to 15 minutes) to I- 75, 10 mins to siesta key, 10 mins to Lido beach, 5 mins to the Sarasota Memorial hospital, and 5 mins to downtown Sarasota. Utilities included, internet, power and water, washer and dryer, The ideal candidate will be female, employed (not working from home). A respectful trustworthy, clean person who respects the privacy and property of others. No smoking, No drugs, no pets, would require further discussion. Must provide current police complete background, copy of valid driver license and passport, 2 personal references, information of current work place. Lease can be 1 year or 6 months minimum Rent starting on March 11, required 1st month, last month and $600 deposit
