This is a large single family home for room rental (individuals only) with all necessary utilities, internet with app access, fully furnished dresser and bed, linens, bed protector, beside table and lamp, and personal room TV!

I am looking for tenants to join me.

We are performing back ground checks, and deposits for reserving room for later this week move in. Leases are paid monthly. Can stay indefinitely with up to date rent / unless otherwise discussed. House is almost ready to rent. Fresh paint and top to bottom cleaning! Linens, television, towels, dishes, All new for you. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom (between 2 tenants) very quiet and private location. I have tons of things if you need anything. I have a firepit and outdoor resting area with outdoor furniture. Dropping rocks this weekend for a grand, fun backyard!

Please no animals or only 1 overnight guest at a time. No longer than 4 days a month for guests. Room is for individuals.

Master bedroom with personal bath will be available as well for 1075. Individuals only again due to not wanting heavy foot traffic.

Request quiet guests with clean backgrounds/ no firearms peemitted on site.

Large vehicles will need discussion on configuration of vehicles. Shouldn’t be an issue though.

We are a drug free home. Alcohol is permitted within reason.

In this market includings all these amenities, this listing is far from a high listing; As all you need to provide for yourself is, food and clothing.

I do a majority cleaning around the common area of the house. Not in the personal space. Maintainence of cleanliness is a necessity.

We are minutes from Palm Coast Parkway and 95 as well as the local groceries. Etc..

Currently there is just a couple in the home and we are awaiting our new guests. We specialize in quiet, friendly environments. Quiet time is 10pm-7am unless discussed with everyone.
