i’m looking for someone that would want to move into my house with me! it’s a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom with a fenced in backvard and nice kitchen. Utilities would be split evenly around 150 a month) and rent would be split evenly as well (1000 a person). It’s currently fully furnished but I can move all furniture out of your room if preferred. You would have to submit a $40 application to houseowner along with backround check/ proof of work. Landlord is super sweet. Must be pet friendly as I have two dogs and 2 cats! Looking forward to hear from y’all!!

I love to read, hike, and a big homebody. Not a super social person and prefer to stay inside and watch tv/go thrifting on my days off.
