Nice large bedroom. Furnished with queen bed, loveseat, sofa, small desk, two closets and private bathroom. On second floor in my townhouse/condo right next to the Greenwood MBTA stop. It is on the purple Haverhill train line that goes to North Station and Bus stop out front that goes to the Oak Grove subway stop to Boston. Convenience store, liquor store, cleaners and restaurants, next-door. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry.

I am a middle age woman and a Mom. I work 5 days a week some weekends. I have been at my job for 34 years. I own this condo myself. My daughter has moved out and I have two spare rooms and one I want to share. She does usually come over with her very well behaved angel of a dog and hang out on weekends with me and we cook etc. I think I have made a nice, cozy home. It is actually four floors including basement with washer drier. I have my suite on the 3rd floor where I spend all of my time during the week. You would have the second floor to yourself. I am pretty easy-going. Looking for someone that is responsible, reliable and clean. I do smoke but you could never tell. If I do it is on my own floor in my suite. I want to be transparent and expect the same. I am a very honest and caring person. I am very respectful of others and I would want the same. This is my home that I worked hard for and if it can help somebody out and myself, it would be great.
