Seeking roommate to fill an open room in North PB/Bird Rock!

We are seeking a long-term roommate to fill an open room (roughly 11’ x 11’) beginning early March to join our month-to-month lease in a 1448 sq. ft 3 bed/ 2 bath unit. Renter will have their own bathroom. The rent is $1220/ month. Water and utilities are included and WiFi costs ~$25/month. Washer/Dryer are pay-by-app and are steps from the unit. Street parking is easily available on either side of the complex.

We are looking for a male roommate who is a working professional in their mid-upper 20s. An ideal roommate would be easy-going and active, respectful of the common areas, and generally sociable.

The common areas are fully furnished and the unit has a large back private patio. There is a good-sized kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. There is plenty of closet, hallway, and some garage storage. In addition to the large back patio, there is a smaller front patio. The complex also has a heated pool.

We are two working professional guys aged 27 and 28 and one dog (Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix, pictured at the end). Unfortunately, we cannot have any additional pets. One of us enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and going to the gym. The other enjoys playing tennis, beach volleyball, and going to concerts.
