Condo is in Natick, but on the border of Framingham but very close to Downtown Natick. It will take you maybe 8 minutes to get on the Pike and even less to get to Route 9! Very Close the the Natick Mall, Shoppers world, and various other shops and grocery stores. (Roche bros is down the street maybe 3 minutes away)The place is a 2 bed 2 bath condo. The rented room will be a private room and also have a bathroom across the hall that has a shared Laundry and Washer machine. The condo has open parking in the front of the complex. Also the room will be unfurnished but has a large closet! Currently the room is my office but I will move my things into my room. There are 2 keys; 1 for the front entrance that I suggest you have at all times and the other is for the door that is for the actual apt. I also have a smart lock in case you lock yourself out in and I am not home! Place has storage shed on the balcony and is very spacious. I typically use it to store my mechanic tools/ Home tools. I am a 25 Year old Hispanic Male working in Natick/Framingham. I work 3 days at home and 2 days in my office. Like to workout in the Mornings, then play video games in my free time. Also trying to get more into cooking new recipes! I workout at my office but there is a gym that is across the street (PF I think) There are no others in the unit!
