House is in very nice family friendly, safe neighborhood, streets lined with trees near Oakridge Mall, San Jose, CA. Near Highway 85 & 87. Highway 101 is couple of miles away.

Located near middle school, and park. Lots of street parking, day or night. Walking distance (10 minutes) to Nob Hills grocery store.

House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, garage w/laundry, backyard and front yard.

Tenant will share dining/entertainment room area that can be use to entertain your friends. Second full bathroom will be shared. My private area are 2 bedrooms(room1 and room4), my bathroom, living room, and a cat.

Includes all utilities (gas, water, heat, AC), wifi, slingtv streaming. Also include: Maid service monthly, Pest Service every 2 months (optional for your room), Gardener every 2 weeks, Trash weekly.

Room is $1275 per month, deposit $1275.

• No drugs, no pets, no smoking.
• Quiet hours (lower volume, wear headset) 11pm to 6am Mon-Fri, 12pm to 7am Saturday & Sunday.
• No wearing shoes inside the house.
• Clean after yourself in common area. (Kitchen, dining area, bathroom, hallway, laundry, patio, surrounding yard)
• Tenant’s guest welcome. Tenant must be present while guest in property.
• Renter’s insurance required.

Requirement: Meet in person, ID, credit check & premium background check. Contract: 12 months.
