Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to move into the apartment I am currently renting. My current lease is up March 31, and my current roommate has already started the move out process. The apartment would be available on April 1.

There’s a bagel shop and a Marshalls right near by, and we are also nice and close to the onramp for the highway which makes commute easy. We are also right on the bus line, with two bus stops easily accessible from the apartment. Also right near Delaware Park, with Elmwood Village very close by.

The living room is very spacious, and it does include a dining room! Small kitchen includes all appliances, including a dishwasher! There is laundry available in the basement, which takes card.

You would get the larger bedroom (I will update this later with the dimensions) but would also, ideally, pay more in rent. There is off street parking available (I think its 30$ to park in the lot and 50$ for covered parking specifically) and from what I saw this winter they plow the lot very quickly and reliably. All utilities are included with the exception of wifi which is really nice.

The apartment is mostly furnished - you would only have to furnish your bedroom, but there would absolutely be some room for furniture outside of your room as well if you wanted to bring anything else!

I work retail, so my schedule varies sometimes. I work MTWFS, usually from 8am to around 5pm, but the time shifts a little sometimes. Most Wednesday nights I will be at DnD and wont be home until around 11, but I try to be as quiet as possible when I come home. I tend to be quiet and a little introverted, I like videogames, DnD, reading, and knitting. I do my best to keep things clean, and it would be nice to have a roommate who does the same. Please message me if you’re interested in the apartment! Ideally I would want to meet up and get to know each other a little bit first.
