Kim's room

Private room with adjacent private 3/4 bathroom upstairs in spacious, quiet townhouse. Shared loft, family and dining rooms. Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the space is taken care of. Near 104th & Federal; downtown Denver and Boulder are both accessible. Onsite washer and dryer. Utilities are split 3-ways monthly, about $150 each. Plenty of street parking; attached garage is already fully occupied. Complex has large community pool in summer, as well as pickleball/tennis courts. Two cats already live here, so must not be allergic to cats; we are not ready to add any other pets at this time.

We are one woman and one man who have been roommates for over five years; we are in our mid-30’s. He has the basement, she has the master bedroom upstairs. We are mostly introverted, and in separate committed relationships. We met at Comic-Con, so that tells you a little about our interests! We both work full time jobs that include evenings and weekends. We sometimes share meals and watch TV together, but also enjoy our own space and quiet time.
