Presidential Plaza

This apartment is the best, I can’t oversell it. It’s on the 24th floor of a building with great security and many quiet neighbors I’ve barely noticed. There is a laundry and gym one floor above us with elevators that have never been broken since I’ve been here. Individual AC units in each room with all included utilities and a fantastic maintenance staff. I’ll be giving whoever moves in the bedroom with the ensuite bathroom for privacy.

I’m a suicide crisis line manager at a local mental health organization. I work a lot and will keep mostly to myself so chances are you’ll only see me at night. I come with 3 cats that are friendly and clean. Looking to stay in this great apartment I found after my previous roommate moves out in June!
