Derek's room

I have one room with its own private bath for rent in Duluth. Home is around 1 mile from downtown Duluth, a 5 minute drive to I85, and 10 minute drive to 400. The house is one year old and rent is $900/month not including utilities. I am a professional in my 30’s but still like to have a good time. No crazy parties at the house but downtown Duluth will be fun at night :) I have a well trained medium sized dog as well. Also once a month I have a cleaning company come in and clean the entire house.

I’m in my late 30’s, laid back, work a lot, and like to have a good time. I have another roommate who is early 50’s, works a lot, laid back as well, stays to himself most times, and likes to watch a lot of sports.
