Own bedroom and bathroom in apartment located just off Morganton Rd. One walk-in closet. Second floor apartment so no annoying upstairs neighbors! Close to FTCC, FSU, Cross Creek Mall, Walmart, Food Lion, Compare Foods, and numerous food spots. Complex is very quiet and property management is very chill. You would need to message me then I would put you in contact with the property manager so that you can apply to take over my portion of the lease. Utility bills are typically $70 each a month and wifi is cheap through Spectrum.

Only one other roommate lives here, she’s chill and easy to get along with. I am leaving because I am getting married soon!
