About the room
Hi this is a 2 bed two bathroom townhouse in North Scottsdale. At the catherine townhomes. Apartment is remodeled recently. Comes with ample parking. Wifi and utilities are included with the $1000 flat monthly rate. I will be living in the unit so it comes with private bed and bath, common areas will be shared.
About the roomies
I will be living in the first bed and bath. I work a standard 9-5 during the weekdays. I have a few hobby’s, working on cars, jiu-jitsu, mountain biking, and shooting. You are more then welcome to try them out with me. I am mostly introverted. But I do not mind if you bring your family/ friends over. Looking forward to helping out with saving on rent for the both of us.
