I’m a 34-year-old female social worker and the owner of the property; I have a cat. I’m looking for someone responsible and clean who is willing to sign a lease until September 1st, 2024 and possibly further. I work four, 10-hour days and have evening hobbies and social events so I’m out of the house semi-regularly but am also down for a movie or anime night as well.
