Located in Silver Lake, near Monkey Junction. Big end unit townhouse, off of Carolina Beach Road, with windows in all of the bedrooms. Quiet HOA run neighborhood. No pets allowed because I will have my two dogs visiting every other weekend. No smoking inside or outside. Roommate will have their own full size personal refrigerator and freezer that is in the garage. You can put the mini-fridge that’s in the garage in your room if you want. Also, you get one parking spot in the driveway. Shared patio and 6 foot high fenced in back yard. On 2nd floor, you will have 2 unfurnished private bedrooms and private full bathroom with bidet. Shared washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Rent includes all utilities, wifi and Hulu Live.

It’s just me in the townhome. I’m a professional, straight male in my late 40’s. I work Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm.
