Leanne's room

Property is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. There is ample street parking available. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Gas and electric will be split between three people, water and WiFi are included in the rental price. Communal spaces are the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor areas. Smoking is ok outside.

There is one female, 50 years old, and one male, 40 years old living in the house. We are both very easygoing. I have a service dog, and two cats. They are all very well mannered and behaved.
