About the room
Looking for someone to rent the master bedroom in my condo. The room is big and spacious, and so is its walk in closet. You will have your own bathroom.
Rent is $950 a month with a month’s security (refundable) deposit, and it includes utilities, internet, parking, and use of washer, dryer, kitchen and common areas.
The condo is located in a gated community in metro west, close to universal, and 15 min. from major locations (millennia, Dr. Phillips, international drive, Valencia).
