Established neighborhood right near City Base and Downtown. Easy access to IH37; walking distance to bus lines and convenience stores. This is a private bedroom in a home, set-up like a micro hotel room, with its own entrance/exit to the front yard, and private bathroom. Assigned parking spot. The your room is a furnished bedroom (although you can bring your own bed if you like). It has a minifridge and microwave. It has a locked metal door separating it from the rest of the house. No Smoking, No pets, Max Capacity 1 person. Access to shared washer/dryer. I gonna be honest, we have had some nightmares with horrible tenants and will not be repeating that nor having to babysit problematic tenants. We have great neighbors and a tenant who are respectful, hardworking, quiet, clean and drug/drama-free. We expect the same of you. You will have another housemate in a suite at the back-side of the house, with no access to your end of the house. We will not jeopardize our (nor yours or our neighbors’ )health, safety, cleanliness, and solitude. So I completely get it if our expectations are not for you. However, if you expect the same of your neighbors and housemates, then this may be the place for you. We do a 3, 6 and 12 mo lease with varying rates and deposits and/or cleaning fees. We do require background check.

We are a family of three with hens and a rooster in the backyard. We keep a garage apartment in the back yard for our frequent stays (You will not have access to the back yard). You will not have a roommate; however, there will be another renter in the house who will not have access to your side of the house, and will have his/her own entrance/exit at the back of the house. Your private entrance is in your room, at the front of the house. We have incredible neighbors who are very quiet and respectful. Everyone works hard and no one does drugs nor has people in and out of their homes. We expect the same of any tenant. We have a child, thus, do not want anyone who will cause disturbance or discomfort for our family or our neighbors. If this offends you, I apologize, but this is our home and will not jeopardize our peace, safety, health, or solitude. So, if you are looking for freedom to do anything you want on the property, we may be too strict for you, I get it, and you may need to pass on us. But, if you expect the same of the people around you and these measures do not bother you, then we might be the perfect place for you. We have had our share of nightmarish tenants and do not wish to repeat that. Thank You.
