Our 3rd roommate had to move back home for family stuff so our 3rd room has opened up for someone to sublet. The apartment has 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom you’ll be renting will be shared. It also has 3 bedrooms, a nice sized living room, full kitchen and dinning room. There’s an unfinished basement we use for storage and PC gaming. There is a washer and dryer as well. I have two cats so unfortunately we can’t allow any more pets.
My roommate and I are two 28 year old nerds. We are both working professionals and so are at work most of the week. He works in IT and I’m a brewer (the fridge will always have free beer). We both like going to shows, PC gaming and movies/TV shows. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful of everyone’s space and is down to earth.
