You’ll have a spacious room, closet, and bathroom all to yourself. You’ll have access to a utility room, kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio. We are an upstairs unit. We have cats, but we’re at our quota so unfortunately no pets allowed upon move-in. Smokers welcome as long as it’s outside the home, excluding vapes or e-cigarettes.

My fiancé and I are a quiet, respectful, and social LGBTQ+ couple. We own four clean cats that are all spayed, up-to date on vaccinations, and are litter-trained. Litter boxes are cleaned very frequently. We prefer a clean, respectful roommate. We smoke however we do not smoke inside our home.
