Beautiful two-story townhouse on the east end of Ventura walking distance to Walmart and Trader Joe’s. Three bedroom three bath (one is a downstairs half bath) private room available with shared bathroom with 1 other tenant. Utilities included.

You have a standard private bedroom with large closet with hanging and rack space. We have 2 fridges so plenty of room for groceries/ attached garage with limited storage space & washer & dryer. We have open parking that is first come first serve, if no inside parking is available, you will park on the street which is a very short walk into the community. Amenities available are a pool and Jacuzzi & clubhouse.

Our two current roommates have lived here for 3+ years, one myself a mid twenties professional working 9-5, the other a mid 30’s high school teacher with a very friendly and well trained husky. We have a great and respectful relationship, and are looking for a clean, considerate, and friendly third roommate. We often cook and share meals from time to time/have game nights.
