Catherine's room

A comfortable room is available for rent in a single-family home in a gated community. The room has a shared bathroom and a street parking space. The house is located in close proximity to California Polytechnic University, the Claremont Colleges, and Cal Poly Pomona. The bathroom will be shared with a female. We prefer to rent the room to a student or a professional. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with three other females. The room will be available from 02/1/2024. The monthly rent is $620, and utilities will be charged separately. A one-year lease and a one-month security deposit are required. Please provide your name, age, background, student or professional status, and reason for moving.
