East Radiance Drive

It’s a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom house near UNCG with a lot of parks and restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s really a great little neighborhood and a cool little house. One of my roommates is moving out in July and I’m looking for someone to take over her lease. We try to keep the bills low and conserve power and gas(for the sake of the environment and the sake of our finances). We’re making improvements all the time and by July, this will be an even nicer place to live.

I moved to Greensboro in the early part of this year, I’m an artist and a writer currently working on a children’s book. I am laid back and fun but also responsible and respectful and clean. The other person who will still be living here in July is a male, he is a gamer and works in advertising. He is also very respectful and isn’t using the house as a place to try to find his next girlfriend. We have a good vibe here and I’m hoping to continue that with whoever takes over for the third roommate. It will be a shame to lose her but I’m very optimistic that we’ll be able to find someone great. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
