Sixteenth Street

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for another roommate to take the main bedroom in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Soho Lofts. It’s the biggest room with its own bathroom, and rent would be $2000. Utilities are usually around $100/month.

The apartment building has a gym, pool, concierge, a parking garage, and in-unit w/d. Also, our building has a shuttle to/from the Path in Hoboken, so commuting into Hoboken or into Manhattan is a breeze!

Both my roommate and I are in our mid-20s and we work in banking/finance. We both commute into the city three days/week, and wfh the other days. We both go out on the weekends, and usually have small dinners/parties, but don’t bring the party home at the end of the night. We’re looking for a likeminded guy with a similar work schedule, and someone that is neat/clean, friendly, and respectful.

Me: I’m 25 and I am a Compliance Associate at a small hedge fund in Midtown East. I love working out, cooking, and going out on the weekends. I’m a pretty social person and almost always have something going on. I’m also taking French classes! I am super neat and usually keep things clean around the apartment. Also, I’m almost always listening to music so I hope that’s not an issue :)

Al is my other roommate. He’s 27 and works in banking. He works a bunch and keeps to himself, but he’s chatty and friendly. He keeps things more lowkey on the weekends but knows how to have a good time.
