If necessary, you can upgrade for enhanced connectivity ( ~$20 to move to 1 gig) The area is in a rapidly gentrifying part of Atlanta, and well, I feel perfectly safe (For Atlanta, that is); I understand that might be a turn-off for some people. That being said, I am on good terms with a few of my neighbors; it is a quiet street. The home comes equipped with 24/7 monitored security, with cameras at the door and in the backyard. It also overlooks the driveway for additional security.

If you want a reference, I am sure my current roommate would be happy to talk to you. He is only moving because he is getting married and his wife is coming over from another country.

Brandon: As for me, I am really Chill, I pretty much work, work out at home, and then work on new entrepreneurial ventures. I work from home most days as a product Manager consultant specializing in Ai. Other hobbies include Magic the Gathering, reading, gardening flowers, yoga, rock climbing, and martial arts. Hopefully, there will be more international travel over the next few years, too. I am pretty clean and hope that you can help keep the common areas mostly clean.
