The current tenant has two dogs, one very friendly and the other friendly but skittish. He is late 20’s early 30’s, and works during the week.

Rooms come with blackout curtains and remote controllable fans.

Looking for working professionals or students with verified income/ability to pay rent. Utilities will be split between the members of the household. No drugs, smoking, or vaping allowed in or around the property. Fast internet, can upgrade if needed as well. Looking to keep this a safe place that you can call home.

Less than 10 minutes from shopping centers, groceries, and movie theaters. Under 20 minutes from FIT and main campuses for the major companies in Melbourne/Palm Bay.
