I live in a 3 bedroom home close to downtown Knoxville, TN. 10 to 15 mins from UT campus. I have the upstairs set up for someone to live… Has large space and it’s own big bathroom and a walk in closet. Would only share a kitchen. Utilities and internet included in price.
About the roomies
I am a single mom with a really cool 10 year old kid. We are open minded and liberal, however, do have some “rules” given the child living here. Friends could visit but no parties. We would never come into your space. I’m in social work.
