Fully furnished bedroom for rent in a safe and family friendly neighborhood of Sanford. In your room there will be a full size bed and mattress along with a study table, work chair, regular chair, and a side table. You will have full access to the common areas like kitchen, living room, and laundry. All utilities including high speed internet are included so one check monthly for $650 pays it all. Security deposit is the same as the rent and is fully refundable at the time of move out when given a 30 day advance notice. We have some basic rules in the house like no smoking, cleaning up after yourself etc. We want someone clean and respectful to rent this room. You should have a full time job or enrolled in college. I am flexible with lease, month to month is fine but my preference will be someone that wants to stay for long term.
