The living room has a gorgeous panoramic view of Lake Monona and Monona Bay. The rent is $1110/month includes everything but electricity (~$40-60/month) and WiFi (~$20/month shared with roommates). Lease runs until 7/31. There’s an in unit washer and dryer.

You’ll be looking at my taking over my room which is 1 of 3 rooms in the apartment and has a shared bathroom. The bedroom itself is ~150 sq ft and has a walk-in closet and tons of natural light to wake up to in the day. The spot is nice and quiet and ~5 mins walk to food and bars on State street. It’s also ~2 min walk from Brittingham Boats where you can rent boats to paddle Lake Monona during the summer.

Indoor parking is an additional 150/month space permitting, but there is free street parking and parking in the inner courtyard. Drive time to Verona / Epic Campus is 20 minutes, to Middleton is ~15 minutes, ~10 minutes to Sun Prairie.

The roommates are both employees of Epic Systems Corporations and are busy and kept to themselves. They are generally pretty clean and respect your privacy.
