Hello, I am the owner of a lakeside condo in Camarillo and I’m looking to rent a large upstairs bedroom with walk-in closet. Includes flat screen tv mount already on the wall, and ceiling fan. You will be sharing the 3 bedroom condo with 2 other adult males, in a quiet, safe and gated community. You will full have access to the kitchen, outdoor patio, community pool/spa, washer/dryer in the garage, and shared upstairs full bathroom (room is on the 2nd floor). Walking path around the lake and close to shopping/restaurants/gas stations/101 freeway. Must be ok with 1 cat in the household. Looking for someone quiet and who keeps to themselves, preferably not a lot of visitors. Either male or female are welcome. LGBTQ friendly. Must have a job and please no drinking/smoking/drugs! No pets of any kind. Sorry, no couples. Room is available now and you can reach out to me to view the room any time.

Room is 12 feet by 13 feet, the walk-in closet is 11 feet by 8 feet just by itself, in addition to and separate from the room’s overall footage! $1,250.00 monthly, utilities included! (including Wi-Fi). Cable and cable box is extra upon request. Agreement is on a month-to-month basis, sorry no extended contract.

It is myself, a 49 year old single male, and the other roommate is an older gentleman who is quiet and to himself. I have 1 cat who is an indoor/outdoor cat and will not go upstairs and bother you.
