Hi, I’m looking for a responsible single person to rent out a room in the house I live in. You must have proof of steady employment .Im looking for one person but, I’m willing to take a couple for a bit more rent. I’m a single parent to a 10 year old so who is in the spectrum. when my son is not at school, he pretty much is in his room playing video games. Our home is very peaceful , I’m not into any kind of drama. That’s why I would prefer my roommate or roommates to be fun, friendly , open minded & most of all have a good sense of humor. I myself am very sarcastic & funny .The house has three bedrooms , its also going through some small renovations that won’t affect your living situation. If interested let me know .
