Mario's room

The room comes either furnished or unfurnished. It’s a quiet neighborhood with Dixon Lake very close by. Close to an elementary school. Very spacious home.

It’s only me and my wife so far, we keep to ourselves for the most part. We both go to school and work, we’re mostly out of the way. We like the 24 hour rule for shared space cleanliness: dont leave anything laying around for more than 24 hours. As long as personal messiness is kept within the confines of your room, we don’t judge.
