We have a bedroom available for one pleasant person. It’s in a 1 story, 3 BR, generally pet friendly, home.

It’s across and very close to Rt 202 from West Chester, PA, in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

You get 1 spot in the drive for a car, if not too huge.

We are not near public transport.

Baths: 2 halfs and 1 full = 1 tub/shower in the home. Half bath #2 could be private for your use, if you choose it. You’ll have access to all shared spaces — kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio outside when it’s warm enough.

If you don’t have a roomful of furniture, we can see what I have for you. The last 2 renters have slept in a twin bed from me. Others needed a dresser and chair. (No extra charge & there is no requirement you do that.)

You are renting a room in a community of people, not a motel room where you expect others to take care of the place. We need someone who plays well with others and is drug free. Our expectation is you will participate in keeping the home and property kept up. If trash needs to go out, you don’t walk by a full can… Etc. We say hello and chat with our fellow residents. If we can help each other we do that.

House will be quiet from 10pm-6:30am. No smoking in or next to the house.

If you are a dog owner, this is a perfect place for you and your dog to call it home. Yard is fenced, so you don’t have to go out in the rain to walk your dog. Same for an inside cat. We can chat about adding to the house herd. There is the usual pet fee.

Rent: $655.; +Toward Utilities: $180. WIFI included. After the first one, rent/utilities due by the last day of the month for the next month. BEFORE MOVE IN, THE EARLY PAYMENTS MUST CLEAR. IF YOU CAN’T DEMONSTRATE YOU HAVE ENOUGH MONEY COMING IN TO AFFORD TO LIVE HERE, GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Fully functioning kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerators, dish washer and storage. Washer and dryer.

Already here, are 2 working adults, in separate bedrooms, with non-traditional work schedules. 1 of each. There also are 2 friendly, medium size dogs and 2 cats. Dogs will be your new best friends, and be happy you helped them get out to potty in the fenced area, and fed if you are home.
