Eliana's room

SE HABLA ESPAÑOL: Cuarto en renta I have a room for rent in National City (within walking distance of intersection of Plaza Avenue and Manchester Street). Room can be furnished as shown (with trundle bed) or unfurnished if you prefer (bike will be removed). Room has a large walk-in closet, and you would share the bathroom with me (a lady). You would have access to the rest of the house (kitchen, garage for any storage needs, washer/dryer in garage, large yard, two living rooms) with ample privacy for all as the house has two living rooms and a large yard with an ocean view from Tijuana to Point Loma (the most spectacular views I have ever seen from a home!). Room can be rented on a monthly basis and the deposit is negotiable. All welcome and the location is ideal for anyone working at/near the Naval Base. Military welcome! Will consider couples and/or someone who wants to share the room with his/her children (up to two) -we would negotiate rent accordingly.

No room for hatred in this house -be warned!!! We are seeking to maintain a household where we help and support each other as needed, share meals together when possible and where laughter and kindness prevail!

You would share the house with me (an avid cook, reader and relentless optimist) and an older gentleman who is a veteran and keeps mostly to himself in the master bedroom (he has his own bathroom).
