3 bedroom townhome with patio, community pool, tennis and basketball courts, Street parking. Room is unfurnished, two closets, private bathroom with shower. In house laundry room. Shared spaces include dining kitchen and living room, laundry.

Two existing roommates, I work from home 4 days out of the week, the other roomate is a college student has a busy schedule. two dogs as well a pit bull shes extremely friendly, mainly sleeps along with a boxer puppy, both well behaved but they do not do well with cats or other dogs. Aside from that We are both pretty quiet have friends over fairly often, but keep to ourselves. It is a quiet older neighborhood and looking for a friendly female roomate preferably 19-26.
