My roommate is moving out April 1 when the lease it up. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath on the 10th floor of a luxury building in Harbor Point in stamford. It is a corner unit with both water and city views. It has all the standard amenities gym, pool deck, club room, fire pits, BBQs etc. The apartment has in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and other new appliances as well as central air conditioning and heating. The price for the renewal is extremely rare for this neighborhood. I have been in this building for 4 years now and love it.
I am 33 years old working as a professional in the sailing industry. I am pretty low-key and laid back as well as very clean. In the summer I work 6 days a week and sail in the evenings so I am not home all that much. I also travel a lot throughout the year for sailing and snowboarding. When I am home I usually just go to the gym and then chill out around the apartment. I do like to go out occasionally but am not one to bring the party home. I have a cat but he stays in my room.
