I’m taking over a friend’s lease, me and my boyfriend are looking for an individual or couple, to take the other room. The total rent is $3300, so you would pay your half $1650 every month (doesn’t include utilities, but no more than $75 or less depending on amount of roommates). You’ll have a private room and a private bathroom with a walk in closet. There’s laundry, mail service, 2 pools, Jacuzzi, gym and much more!

Also the furniture in the room will not be there, these pics were taken before everything was moved out (furniture is available to buy if needed)
