Renting one bedroom and bathroom in our homes, all bedrooms and restrooms are upstairs. The bedroom has recent flooring and decent size closet. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors.

We are a family of three , myself , husband and 3 year old son. We are friendly , respectful and quiet. We are looking for someone the same , we want someone who is very clean , respectful, and mindful of loud noises , works or goes to school. Preferably someone who won’t be coming home too late would be great. No drugs , no drinking. Kitchen , washer and dryer is available.
