Information about the room: The room is located at the back corner of the house next to the basement restroom. The room gets bright sunlight in the morning and evening through the two windows but it’s a good idea to have some lamps for the mid day and evening hours. The bedroom is right off the basement living room.

Information about the house: The house is located near 92nd and Federal in Westminster and is a 5 minute walk from several bus lines and a 10 minute drive to the rtd train station. Bills run between $60-100/room each month depending on the time of year. There are two living room areas with seating and TV and a shared kitchen space that is kept tidy and usable. Kitchen appliances have been recently updated as well. The laundry room is in the basement and has updated washer and dryer.

Info about the rommate’s: currently there are 4 people living here my partner(32m) and I(26nb) share a basement bedroom and have a dog. The upstairs roommates are 27 and 21m and have no pets. We are all in school or working so we don’t spend a lot of time at home. Everybody is friendly and we get along well without being involved in each others lives.

This space is great for a single person or a couple willing to share a small bedroom. The room will fit a queen sized bed, desk, and bookshelf. We also have storage space throughout the house and in the shed in the back yard.
