The property is in a gated complex with a 3 MINUTE WALK to the BART! It is right at the heart of the town with access to many restaurants, stores, Indian stores and with public transport in just less than 5 minute walking distance. It is also very close to Tesla.

The tenant will have her own full bathroom along with a private room. The room comes with a large walk in closet and the apartment is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in the living and dining area. The complex has a Gym, Swimming Pool, Club House, Barbecue area, Laundry facilities with a very good maintenance facility by the complex. The staff of the complex are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is a 2bed , 2 bath and the tenant will be living with me. I am a clean, hygienic, working professional and very friendly and easy to live with. I respect others’ privacy and would expect the same. I would like to hang out with the housemate if she would like that too. I am looking for someone who is friendly, easy to live with, but mainly clean and hygienic and who would keep the common areas that are shared ( kitchen, living) clean.

The utilities for the apartment would be shared and split by 2. Would prefer someone who would be willing to be on a cleaning cycle, but it is okay even if that’s not possible.

The person interested would have to get onto the apartment lease. The application fee for which would be $47. There is no requirement of a deposit or an advance.

A bit about me - I like going on hikes, love playing board games. I would love to share a cup of tea with my housemate.
