I have helped out many girls with uncontrolled situations relating to bad relationships, wanting to live on their own to someone who just wants a new start in life.

Ideal roommate: engaging, good conversations, watching a movie on occasion, help picking up, good natured. I like renting with people who are friendly and want to make memories all together with a friendship atmosphere.
