Hey y’all 👋🏼 My roommate and I have a bedroom with private attached bath available for rent now. It’s a 3 bed, 2 bath house in Costa Mesa. Rent for the space would be $1,600. Great location, great space for entertaining, plenty of parking. House is fully furnished already so you would only need to bring items for your bed/bath or outdoor furniture if you have it. Utilities would be split 3 ways.
About the roomies
We are 2 young professionals in the medical field, work full-time and have been living in the home since August. I have 2 hypoallergenic dogs, both trained and super friendly. Lauren and I love to be outside, explore OC, and go out for drinks/new restaurants.
