Amanda's room

Me and my husband have a 3 bedroom/2 bath trailer on a 2.5 acre lot in the socastee area and we have an extra room that we would like to rent out for the right person..There is a pond out behind our lot that is available for use…Full use of common areas including kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room..We are laid back for the most part and on weird schedules most of the time so as long as your quiet and respectful we should get along fine…We don’t really care about what you do in your room that’s your business but we will ask that it stay in your room and out of the common areas and to be respectful…Drinking is okay as long as it doesn’t effect me and your quiet and respectful, smoking is fine but we will ask that you do it outside the house due to my health, and again what you do in your room is your business as long as it doesn’t effect me..We do have older neighbors that we have to respect by being quiet after 10pm around property..We do have 1 cat and 2 big dogs that reside at the property, the cat is indoor only and dogs pretty much are outside during the day and inside at night.. You can have pets here but that will have to be discussed on a case by case bases due to other animals already being here.. else…The house still needs some work and we are adjusting it to fit our preferences..so it’s under construction, but it is liveable but some of the common areas are still being worked on…Lights, water, and internet are included in rent and sec dep can be discussed

We are a couple over 40 pretty laid back for the most part work all the time and love our relaxing time..We try to do our best with keeping everything clean and neat as best we can, but I’m not always the greatest housekeeper… Although we have lived at the house for over a year, we just took it over as our own, cause until the first of this year we were the roommates with someone else…I just found out last year that I have kidney failure and all that, so I’m sick a lot and we are going to need ever bit of help we can get, plus this house is to big for just 2 people but I love the area
